Pan-charred Brussel Sprouts

I didn’t grow up eating brussel sprouts… It’s not an Asian vegetable :p But since they taste like cabbage, and in a much cuter size (mini cabbage!), I like them more and more now 😉 Coincidentally, MC loves brussel sprouts too! We do share a lot of preferences in terms of vegetables. Learnt this simple recipe from my sis while visiting her during Christmas last year. Just stir fry them with onions in a pan, leave them on the pan for a while until they are charred. Add in some balsamic vinegar and you are done! Ready to serve 😉
