It was a weekend…. still recovering from cold hence the tea with lemon and honey 😉 My regular styles of cooking eggs are either scrambled eggs or omelets. But one day, MC suddenly said that he wanna have eggs with runny yolk so that he can dip the toast into it… That brought me back to kopitiam breakfast at coffee shops in KL where they always have soft-boiled eggs with kaya/butter toast.
Normally, it’s called eggs over easy (if there’s still uncooked egg white) but I prefer mine to have cooked egg white 😉 Adding some worcestershire sauce with a dash of white pepper elevates the flavor! And it was a good break from electronic devices on that morning by reading a magazine 😉
